Flash player not working.

I've had the problem of not being able to view flash videos on firefox for a while. From what I've seen it appears to be a problem with real player. I use real player quite a bit so I started using IE and everything was fine until the last couple of days. Now I can't view flash videos on that either. I've tried to re install flash but it only gets to 50% and then crashes. Any ideas?
