I watched Angry Joe's review and it wasn't exactly 100% positive, the game isn't on PC is it? Shame because I think most of the problems he pointed out could be fixed with a few mods.

It looks a lot like Monster Hunter which is a cool game I have it on my PSP go, the controls suck on that which is a pain in the arse because it stops me from playing, other than on the Wii they haven't made a Monster Hunter game for consoles or PC at least not for Western gamers. So just because it's like that interests me, actually Monster Hunter is made by Capcom so why they didn't just call this Monster Hunter I don't know, maybe they are using this to test the water.

Yep it's crying out for a PC version, though i dont think the companion swoping would work so well and thats one of the highlights, but out of the two versions the PS3 is the better one.

And I agree it's very like monster hunter but has a more depth.

Btw the Angry Joe review was spot on, though I’ve clocked 70+ hours and not found the lack of fast travel a problem yet as I enjoy the combat so much, but the one save slot is a pain, but you do get uses to it and it makes it more intense as you have to live with your mistakes.

Yeah Angry Joe usually is spot on with his reviews, he sometimes makes small things out to be worse than they are for example the one save file, but thats just his own personal dislike and it's something that you'll already know if it'll bother you or not anyway, when I heard that I knew that I wouldn't really mind that as long as that file doesn't become corrupt. He doesn't look like a reviewer that can be taken seriously but I'd say he's the best reviewer, his review's are entertaining, characterful and honest, he also has a lot of passion for what he does and well he's clearly a proper gamer, not just someone that wants to be a presenter of some kind.

I'm not sure I want to pay full price for Dragon's Dogma at the moment, I've spent like £600 on Warhammer 40K stuff over the last few months I may wait, does it have that stupid anti second hand security on it?

err.. actuaslly it was a pre-order code i used, the one in the box is for early access to a Resident Evil demo. So no codes to wory about if you find a used one.

At last I’ve got around to setting up the screenshot option, it’s very limited literally pause and that’s it no camera control or anything, and it’s an awkward button to hit mid action but I’ll play around with it the next few nights to see what I can come up with.

Blimy this has been my game of choice for over a month now, the only other game I’ve exclusively hammered to that extent was Skyrim.

Can’t recommend it enough, being able to swap in and out other peoples companions gives it a very online feel and you don’t need a gold account to do it.

I thought the demo was a bit poo and confusing, there was to much going on with little explanation, mind you the full games a bit guilty of that too, It does batter you at the beginning until you develop some skills but if you liked Kingdoms of Amalur you're probably going to like this.

I haven't yet bought the game, I have been playing monster hunter quite a lot though, liking that a lot now.
