I`ve been a big fan of the Dwemer since Morrowind so I basically knew what to expect but the ruins still knocked me sideways, I love these places.

Read all the books you find about the former inhabitants and you`ll discover their links with the Falmer, the lore is fascinating concerning Dwarves, who were actually Elves called the Dwemer Smile

Ah I was wondering why the Falmer were in there. Suspect

I'm not going to claim I read all the books but I do read the ones that look important, the trouble is I’d spend to much time reading because there so well written, even the small journals are fascinating.

I am beginning to appreciate the lore though, the more I know the more I’m enjoying it.

I know what you`re saying, several times I`ve gone ingame and just sat in my library reading the books I`ve collected. The lore in TES is brilliant and as you say very well written.

If you really want to swot up on TES lore you should have a look at The Imperial Library be careful though, I get lost for hours in there Smile

I've only read a few books, I've collected quite a few just not sat down and poured through them. It is quite amazing that the books are that good and that tehre are so many of them.
