IMPORTANT: E-mail from me

If you got any recently delete it, don't open it, my e-mail address appears to have been hacked/got a virus. I've deleted all my contacts so I'm hoping thats enough. Is there anything else I can do, I think it might just be that e-mail address, my other one is fine and a quick virus scan didn't bring anything up on my PC. Going to do a full one now.

Block that e-mail address as well I'll sent up a new one later and make a seperate spam/junk e-mail address. Sorry I use that e-mail address for anything I sign up to online and I usually use it for things that seem a bit shady so I can only guess that one of those hacked it.

I didn't give everyone a virus did I, where is everyone?
