Like the dungeon crawlers of yore (eye of the beholder!!) it's your never seen party of 4 in a dungeon maze, slaying it denizens and getting lost.
Tile based so for the proper experience get that grid paper out and make your own badly annotated maps!! Although you can enable auto mapping if you so desire.
It's very good if you like proper rpg's. And dungeon crawls I suppose. No fancy landscapes for this game. Just really nice looking walls, lots of them. Very atmospheric, can really feel like you are in a claustrophic maze of corridors.
