Merlin on the bbc Empty Merlin on the bbc

I just wanted to say I found Merlin is really good and the production values, special fx
    are not bad either.
If you missed it (this weeks episode ~the Fisher King reminded me a bit of Monty Python's
Holy grail) Its repeated on Monday evening on BBC3 or on iPlayer.

Meh, I didn't really care for Merlin much, watch a bit of the first series (Third episode or so I think) it was ok I guess but I didn't bother with it, I set it to record the series and did but didn't watch them and then deleted them all and stopped it from recording them. And I watched an episode when someone was poisoned, the girl I think.

I like it, it’s good family entertainment and probably the only thing we all watch together as we’re not into “X celebrity got talent factor” shows, I actually look forward to it, it fills the Doctor Who slot nicely and it’s miles better than the Robin hood tripe it replaced.

Merlin on the bbc Empty No more Merlin

Forsooth, Our Valiant Merlin on the BBC will end after the current series.
The Wizard of Camelot story will finish with a special two-parter at Christmas
    and a dramatic climax.( So it says here. - Saturday's D***y M*****r.)
I think this series has been a bit plodding and the later time slot of 8.00 pm
isn't very younger viewer friendly, I like the clever photography/ direction and some of the
story writing is up there with Dr Who etc for originality and drama.

Afraid I've never been keen on Merlin, but I like the King Arthur mythos. I'm surprised really that it's lasted as long as it has, I thought it would have died ages ago.
